  • 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1.0 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated coconut
  • pinch salt
  • 1.0 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 4.0 count ripe bananas

Instructions

Step 1

Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix together in one big bowl. Mix well till you get a nice thick batter.

Using a round ladle, scoop batter and gently drop into a heated pan with about 1 cup of oil.

Fry on a medium heat till it turns golden brown and then place on a kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.

Serve warm.
