- 2 cup Full cream Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Khoya
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped Pistachio
- 1 tablespoon chopped Almond
- 15 threads Saffron
Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in milk and heat on medium heat with constant stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.

Step 2
6-8 hours
When the milk mixture becomes thick, pour into moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours.

Step 3
Remove from mould and serve.
