  • 2 cup Full cream Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Khoya
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Pistachio
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Almond
  • 15 threads Saffron

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in milk and heat on medium heat with constant stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.

Step 2

6-8 hours

When the milk mixture becomes thick, pour into moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours.

Step 3

Remove from mould and serve.
