To Microwave: Prepare batter and Streusel as directed. Spoon batter into 6 paper baking cups in a microwavable muffin ring, filling each three-fourths full. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 minutes to 3 minutes 30 seconds, rotating the ring 1/4 turn every minute, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean (edges of muffins may appear slightly moist). Cool for 1 minute; remove from ring. Repeat with remaining batter and Streusel Topping.
