  • 0.25 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon extra light olive oil
  • 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger, ground

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix applesauce, olive oil, and molasses until well blended.

Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

Form 2 dozen 1-inch round balls and place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Moisten the bottom of a drink glass and flatten each ball.

12 to 15 minutes

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
