  • 1 Chicken, cut up
  • 1 can Tomato paste, small
  • 1 Medium onion, diced
  • 4 cup Rice
  • cup Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Allspice
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Cardamom

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil over medium heat in a deep cooking pot. Add chopped onions and cook until transparent. Add chicken and cook halfway done. Add spices.

Step 2

Stir in 8 cups of water, add tomato paste and rice. Allow to come to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat. Let cook until rice is tender.
