This is a truly decadent and impressive piece of fish. They key is to keep it simple. Perfect for a fancy dinner party with small amount of time to prepare. Serve with a simple rice and steamed or grilled vegetables.

  • 1/4-1/2 pound sea bass pieces
  • sprinkle sesame oil
  • sprinkle olive oil
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash teriyaki sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spread the pieces of sea bass out on a greased baking sheet.

Put a dash of teriyaki sauce on each piece of sea bass.

Put a sprinkle of olive oil and sesame oil on each piece of sea bass.

Put a dash of salt and pepper on each piece of sea bass.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Broil for 2 minutes to create a glaze and to crisp the edges.
