BeginnerMy family is not crazy for Kale matter of fact they don't like it. My husband uses it as a garnish when we entertain. When I started making this dish my family asked for seconds . How great is that!! Kale is very healthy for you.

- Kale, diced, stems removed
- 1 can Delmonte diced tomatoes with zesty jalapenos, 14.5 ounce
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced
- 1 large Vadella Onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup brown organic rice
- salt and pepper(optional)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce(optional)
Instructions

Step 1
Sauté olive oil with diced onion, kale, and jalapeno pepper in a skillet until softened.

Add the can of diced tomatoes, cumin, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the skillet.

20 minutes
Cook the mixture for 20 minutes. Serve hot over cooked brown organic rice.
