Healthier Strawberries and Vegan Cream
Can of coconut cream (must be chilled in the fridge for several hours)
2 packets of stevia (per every 14 fluid ounces of coconut cream)
Strawberries - sliced
Use a hand mixer to whisk the coconut cream all up into fluffy and delicious coconut whipped cream.
You MUST ensure that the coconut cream has had time to firm up – this will not work with runny coconut cream.
Make sure to only use the firm part of the coconut cream and not the watery bit at the bottom of the can.
I would recommend adding 2 packets of Zing™ for every 14 fluid ounces of coconut cream.
Layer with sliced strawberries
