AIP Italian Burgers Recipe [Paleo, Keto]
1 lb of grass-fed ground beef (450 g)
2 Tablespoons of Italian seasoning (6 g)
2 Tablespoons of garlic powder (20 g)
1 Tablespoon of onion powder (7 g)
Mix all the ingredients together well and form burger patties from the mixture.
Grill or pan-fry in coconut oil until done to your liking.
