- 4 fillets Catfish Fillets
- 2 cups Yellow mustard
- as needed Lemon pepper
- as needed Salt
- enough to dredge Yellow Cornmeal

Paint fillets with plenty of yellow mustard.

Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt to taste. Roll in yellow cornmeal. Fry in preheated deep fat.

Serve hot with hush puppies, fries and cole slaw.
