  • 4 fillets Catfish Fillets
  • 2 cups Yellow mustard
  • as needed Lemon pepper
  • as needed Salt
  • enough to dredge Yellow Cornmeal

Instructions

Step 1

Paint fillets with plenty of yellow mustard.

Step 2

Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt to taste. Roll in yellow cornmeal. Fry in preheated deep fat.

Serve hot with hush puppies, fries and cole slaw.
