  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon almonds flakes
  • 2 chocolate flavored cream biscuit
  • butter

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together honey, cocoa powder, 1/2 tablespoon butter, and chocolate powder until well combined. This is your chocolate mixture.

Ensure almonds are flaked or cut thinly, and raisins are soaked and cut as specified in the ingredients.

In a separate bowl, crush the chocolate flavored cream biscuits well. Add the prepared raisins and almond flakes to the crushed biscuits and mix thoroughly. This is your biscuit mixture.

Lightly grease the cookies moulds with a dot or a drop of butter.

At the base of each greased cookie mould, set an even layer of the biscuit mixture and press it down well to form a firm base.

Carefully spread the chocolate mixture (from Step 1) on top of the biscuit base in each mould.

Place the filled moulds in the fridge to set. Once set, de-mould and serve.
