Macadamia Delights

Ingredients

Ingredients:
125 grams butter
60 grams icing sugar
40 grams corn flour
180 grams plain flour
Glazing
1 egg (beaten)
Decoration
100 grams macadamia nuts (you can use the easily available Tong garden macadamia)
Melted white chocolate
Hundred Thousands

Preparation

Beat butter,icing sugar and egg yolk till creamy.

Add in the rest of the ingredients, knead till smooth dough is formed.

Roll out evenly.

Use cookie cutter to cut out desired shapes, glaze with beaten egg and decorate with macadamia and sprinkle hundred thousands.

Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 25-30mins or till golden brown.

When cooled, pipe out pattern on top with melted white chocolate.
