Linkev's Beefy Roast Beef

Ingredients
- 4.0 pounds rump roast
- 2.0 packages Lipton Beefy onion recipe soup
- 12.0 potatoes new red potatoes, small or 5 large cut in quarters
- 8.0 ounces baby carrots
- 4.0 onions onions, cut in big wedges
- 1.0 cup red wine
- 2.5 teaspoons paprika
- 1.0 tablespoon oregano
- salt(optional)
- olive oil(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Remove roast from package and rinse under cold water. Place it in the center of a roasting pan.
Step 3
Wash red potatoes and add them around the roast, then add carrots and onions.
Step 4
Use half a package of the beefy onion soup and 1 teaspoon of paprika, and rub well on the roast.
Step 5
Add the remaining half package of beefy onion soup all around the vegetables.
Step 6
Then add the rest of the dry ingredients and stir lightly, then add the wine.
Step 7
Drizzle olive oil all around the vegetables.
Step 8
Place in the oven and cook for about 1.5 hours or until the desired temperature. When the roast is done, let it sit for about 15 minutes before cutting.
