  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 5 chopped Dates
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Cranberries
  • 6 Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Grated Chocolate(optional)

Boil the milk with honey.

In a glass, take a small amount of the hot milk and add the cocoa powder, stirring briskly to mix well.

Add the remaining hot milk to the glass and mix well to avoid lumps, creating the cocoa milk base.

From the cocoa milk base, set aside a small portion in a separate container and soak the walnuts in it.

Pour a small amount of the cocoa milk base from the glass into a mixer (blender) and add the chopped dates.

Blend in the mixer until the dates are well combined.

Add the dried cranberries and blend once briefly, ensuring they are not fully pureed.

Add the soaked walnuts along with their soaking milk and blend once briefly, ensuring the walnuts remain coarse.

Add the rest of the cocoa milk base from the glass to the mixer and blend until frothy on top.
