Ginger Mango Lassi

Ingredients

1 mango(350 gr)
750 milliliters natural drinking yoghurt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon ginger piure
lemon zest, to decorate (optional ground ginger)

Preparation

Peel, stone and roughly choppe mango. Put the mango in a blender with the yougurt, lime juice and ginger piure and whizz until thick and smooth.

To serve, fill 4 glasses with ice cubes and pour over the ginger mango mixture. Decorate with lemon zest.

The drinks are ready to be served!

An indian recipe. A refreshing drink. The ginger gives a wonderfull taste, the mango a beautiful pale yellow colour and the lemon zest a special note....
If you dont have a drinking yougurt you can replace with 600 creamy yougurt and 100ml cold water.
