- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 each roma tomato chopped
- 1 pound raw shrimp peeled, deveined
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 whole shallots peeled, minced

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet, and add shallots and garlic. Saute until tender.

4 minutes
Add shrimp and saute just until shrimp turn pink. Add tomato and oregano and cook.

Remove from heat and place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.
