  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 each roma tomato chopped
  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled, deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 whole shallots peeled, minced

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet, and add shallots and garlic. Saute until tender.

4 minutes

Add shrimp and saute just until shrimp turn pink. Add tomato and oregano and cook.

Remove from heat and place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.
