  • Fish sauce(optional)
  • Thai palm sugar(optional)
  • 4 limes
  • 2-3 chilli padis
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 2 shallots, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimps, washed
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 3 cup raw green mangoes, shredded
  • 2 inch long beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoon roasted coarse peanuts

Step 1

Pound all the ingredients in a clay mortar using a wooden pestle. Then add carrot and mangoes. Serve chilled with roasted coarse peanuts.
