- Crabs
- Salt
- Crab boil
- 1 1/2 Lemons
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 stalk celery, chopped
- Parsley, chopped

Place crabs in boiling water with salt, crab boil, and lemons. Cook for 20 minutes.

Clean the cooked crabs by removing legs, tops, and the dead man's fingers (spongy material). Break the crabs in half if small, or in quarters if large. Slice and squeeze lemons to extract juice. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped celery, and chopped parsley. Pour this marinade over the prepared crabs and turn occasionally while marinating.
