Garlic Dry Chutney
1 whole dry coconut
1 pod garlic
3 tablespoon chilly powder
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon oil
Cut the coconut into thin strips.
Roast it on a medium flame for five minutes.
Put it in a wide plate.
Roast the chilly powder with oil for a few seconds.
Grind all ingredients together.
Garlic dry chutney is ready. Store it in an airtight container.
