This is a simple and delicious breakfast recipe. It's like a baked crepe. You can feed a group of up to six. Serve with some fresh assorted berries and offer warm syrup or powdered sugar. It's really fun to watch it puff in the oven as it bakes! A real treat for the children.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • maple or coconut syrup, warmed(optional)
  • fresh berries(optional)
  • powdered sugar(optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the eggs, kosher salt, all-purpose flour, milk, and sugar in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, then set the batter aside.

Add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter to a 9x12 inch baking dish.

Place the baking dish with the butter in the preheated oven to melt completely.

Carefully remove the hot baking dish from the oven, then pour the batter from the blender into the dish.
