Miso Infused Gindara - Butterfish, Sablefish, Black Cod

- 2 tablespoons light or white miso
- 2 tablespoons clover honey
- 4 8 ounce Gindara fillets (same as black cod, butterfish or sablefish)

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.

In a small bowl, beat together the miso and honey until well combined.

Place the Gindara fillets in a zip lock bag and add the miso-honey mixture. Marinate the fillets overnight.

Lay the marinated fish fillets in a 6 by 10-inch glass baking dish and brush with any remaining glaze.

15 to 20 minutes
Place the dish in the preheated oven on the middle rack and bake until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F on a thermometer, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let rest in the dish for 5 minutes before serving.
