- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons red chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons capsicum, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons onion, cut into small pieces
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons paneer, cut into small pieces
- 5 slices bread, with sides cut
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sides off the bread slices.
Step 2
Roll the bread slices flat using a rolling pin.
Step 3
Apply butter to the bread slices and steam them, especially if finishing off stale bread.
Step 4
Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Step 5
Add the cut onions and capsicum to the pan.
Step 6
Stir for a few seconds, then add the cut paneer.

Add the tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Remove the pan from the heat, then add the grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Take the bread slices, place one spoon of filling in the center and bring the ends inwards to seal them, forming rolls.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden in color or done.
