- 2.0 Lemons
- 2 quarts cold water

Slice the fruit very thin. Add 2 quarts of cold water. Soak overnight. The next morning, boil for 45 minutes, then let stand overnight again.

The next day, bring the mixture to a boil. Add the sugar and cook until the desired consistency is reached. Place the marmalade into hot jars and seal.
