- 1 head cabbage, cut into 8 to 10 wedges (red or green)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly oil an 8 or 9-inch square ceramic or glass baking dish.

Clean and cut the head of cabbage into wedges. Arrange the wedges in the prepared baking dish.

Spray or drizzle the cabbage wedges with olive oil, then sprinkle carraway seeds over them (adjusting amount to taste).

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cabbage begins to brown on the edges.
