- 1 large Butternut Squash, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 large Granny Smith apples, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Peel and remove seeds and pulp from the squash.

Peel and remove seeds and cores from the apples.

Cut the squash and apples into bite-size chunks.

Place the squash and apples in a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to fully combine.

Pour into a 13x9 baking dish.

45-60 minutes
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45-60 minutes, until the squash is fork tender, stirring occasionally.
