- 1 bag any frozen vegetable combination (16 oz thawed)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.

Add Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp. Serve over hot cooked rice.
