Puree until smooth. * **Flavor variation:** Instead of orange liquor, you can use vanilla extract or almond extract to taste. * **Color variation:** For a pink color, add 1/4 cup of boiled beet to the food processor and puree it along with the other ingredients. * **Texture variation:** For a lighter texture, gently fold the prepared tofu frosting into fat-free Cool Whip after pureeing.
