Pasta Napolitana

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Oregano
1 can tomatoes, plum
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Saute garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat.

Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. Let it simmer until sauce is thick.

Serve on top of pasta. Add honey to reduce acidity.
