- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup roasted pistachios (chopped)
- 4 ounces white chocolate (melted for drizzle)
- 2 tablespoons decorating sugar

Preheat oven to 375º F

Line a baking sheet with parchment

Unwrap rolls

Sprinkle each roll pistachios and cranberries

Roll into croissants and place on baking sheet
