Completo Hot Dog -- Best Dog Of Life
This Hot Dog is a Unique Creation of Chile and is called “Completo” in spanish/meaning “Complete”. And as you can see in the picture, it is a very different version of the usual basic hot-dogs. This one I've made is called Completo Italiano meaning Italian Completo. Why? Chilean says; because their colors are similar to those of the Italian flag. The toppings are: mashed avocado; diced tomato and mayonnaise. There are others variations of Chilean Hot Dogs but this is the one that I liked the most and the first one I tried in my first trip to Chile. Also one of the best I've ever had. Hubby J. and I love “Completos” especially on the weekends, when we are extremely hungry but also in hurry-- many things to do and such a short day! I usually serve the completo with mix salad but you can also serve it with French fries. My- oh- My there’s nothing more Delicious!
