In large bowl beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and almond extract and beat well. Stir in flour and nuts. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.Cool 5 minutes then roll in powdered sugar. Cool thoroughly, then roll in powdered sugar again. Makes approximately 60.
