  • 2 slice cooked bacon, halved
  • 2 eggs
  • slice avocado or tomato(optional)
  • 2 piece cheese (like a not-too sharp white cheddar or Gruyere)
  • greens (such as arugula)
  • mustard
  • vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1

Toast the english muffins.

Spread the mustard on the other half.

Repeat for second muffin.
