- no bake lasagna noodles
- 1 pound Italian sausage (hot or mild)
- 1 pint ricotta cheese
- 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound fresh baby spinach leaves
- 2 eggs
- 1 quart red spaghetti sauce
- olive oil
- grated nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>oven to 375 or use <a href="/7KR3LCHD">microwave </a>oven.
Step 2
<a href="/3JDX2Q84">Slice </a>open and <a href="/D434P8MH">brown </a>Italian sausage, drain grease, and <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mix </a>with spaghetti sauce. <a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat.</a>
Step 3
Place ricotta in a deep <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mixing </a>bowl. Add the eggs, and about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg.
Step 4
Rinse the baby spinach, pat <a href="/RF7SRX43">dry.</a>
Step 5
Take your lasagna pan (about 8X13) and spread olive oil all over the bottom and sides.
Step 6
Place no <a href="/RNT367Z2">bake </a>lasagna noodles across the bottom in a single layer.
Step 7
Cover with 1/3 ricotta mixture, then 1/3 spinach leaves, then 1/3 sauce, then 1/3 grated Mozzarella.
Step 8
Repeat noodles, ricotta cheese, spinach, sauce & meat, Mozzarella, ending with Mozzarella. Sprinkle well with Parmesan cheese.
Step 9
If the pan is <a href="/7KR3LCHD">microwave </a>safe, cover well with plastic <a href="/X75YQJ6B">wrap </a>and cook for 35 minutes on high, <a href="/B52FHCF2">turning </a>often. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before <a href="/Y6MVNCHX">serving.</a>
Step 10
If you oven-bake, cover tightly with aluminum foil, time for 45 minutes, uncover and <a href="/RNT367Z2">bake </a>for 15 more minutes (to brown).
Step 11
Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before <a href="/3JDX2Q84">slicing.</a>
