- 0.5 kilogram Mutton chops
- 50.0 grams Ginger, chopped
- 8 units Green chilly, chopped
- 2 units Egg
- 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt
Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
In a mixer add ginger, green chilly, 1/2 tsp turmeric, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and <a href="/5YGQYH5K">grind </a>together

To a smooth paste.

When the pressure is released uncover the pan, <a href="/B52FHCF2">turn </a>on the <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>and cook the till gravy of the mutton <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chops </a>is <a href="/RF7SRX43">dry </a>and well <a href="/6BTCX64M">coated </a>on the pieces.

In a medium bowl <a href="/3CYMY2D7">beat </a>the eggs with turmeric, chilly powder and <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>( add little <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>for the eggs as the mutton <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chops </a>are already cooked with salt).

<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a><a href="/HHMRLM85">wok </a>or a sauce pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, when oil is hot take each mutton <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chops </a>dip it in the beaten egg mixture and lay on the hot oil in the pan, you may place up to 5 mutton <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chops </a>at a time.
Step 9

Continue the same process with rest of the mutton pieces.
