Vegan Garden Vegetable Dip
Sour cream Tofutti : 1/4 cup
Cream cheese Tofutti : 2tbsp
Red paprika : to taste
Onion flakes dried : 2 tbsp
Garlic powder : 1/2 tsp
Cilantro fresh : 2 tbsp chopped
Carrots : 1/4 cup chopped
Celery : 1 stem chopped
Salt to taste
Put everything in the food processor, leaving the sour cream and cream cheese.
Give it few whirls and swirls till they are tiny miny chopped and come together.
Now add the cream cheese and sour cream and salt. Give few more whirls and swirls till it all mixes and voila it is all done. Spread it on your bread. Eat it with the crackers. Enjoy!
