  • Roasted beets
  • Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Liquid aminos, Shoyu, or tamari(optional)
  • a few pinches Dried Oregano
  • a few pinches Dried Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame Seeds

Remove veins from chard
