- 1 bunch Rainbow Swiss chard
- Roasted beets
- Tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
- 2 tablespoons Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Liquid aminos, Shoyu, or tamari(optional)
- a few pinches Dried Oregano
- a few pinches Dried Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Sesame Seeds

Step 1
Remove veins from chard
Step 2
