  • 250 gram small queen scallops
  • 50 gram chorizo sausage
  • 5 clove peeled black garlic
  • 0.5 Juice of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon freshly snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • Lemon wedges(optional)
