Pancakes with strawberry sauce

250 g flour
2.5 dl milk
1 whole egg
20 g butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder for cakes
1 pinch of salt
1 knob of butter (to grease the Pan)
For the strawberry sauce:
3 whole strawberries with a little water
3 strawberries cut into cubes for garnish.

Put first the liquid ingredients egg and milk in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Carefully mix all ingredients until batter without lumps. Dissolve butter (20 g) and add it to the mixture.
Melt the butter now, be careful not to get burnt.
At this point, pour a generous spoonful of the mixture into the pan.
Let Cook over medium/low for a few minutes (maximum of 2 or 3) on both sides, until the pancakes are golden well.
Served hot and fragrant, served with a spoonful of salsa and fresh strawberries, these pancakes are really sublime!

Although usually associated with American tradition, the pancakes are also found in many European cities, since now they entered to do officially part of the "top ten" of foods that make up an international breakfast. This Strawberry version is fresh and tasty, and it seems to me that for these last remnants of summer days that accompany us gently toward the fall. Easy to make, is a sure recipe for a breakfast rich effect.
