  • 1 bunch spinach, washed very cleanly
  • 50 grams cottage cheese, cut into small square pieces
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • salt(optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoon vegetable oil

Place a pan with water over medium heat. Once the water boils, add the spinach. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Remove the spinach from the water and grind it into a paste using a mixer grinder.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, and turmeric powder. Fry well.

until the water dries out

Add the spinach paste into the pan containing the onion-spice mixture. Cook the spinach until the water dries out. Finally, add the cottage cheese and stir. Your Spinach with Cottage Cheese (Palak Paneer) is ready.
