  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon other vegetable oil(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalepeno pepper
  • 1 medium chopped onions
  • 3 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1 medium chopped avocado

Combine tomato, onions, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl. Add salt to taste.

12 hours

Refrigerate for 12 hours to allow flavors to blend.
