- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon other vegetable oil(optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalepeno pepper
- 1 medium chopped onions
- 3 medium chopped tomatoes
- 1 medium chopped avocado

Combine tomato, onions, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl. Add salt to taste.

Refrigerate for 12 hours to allow flavors to blend.
