- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 2 large bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced thyme

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 cups low sodium beef broth
- 3 cups low sodium black beans
