  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 2 large bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced marjoram or oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 3 cups low sodium black beans
  • sour cream
  • parsley

Step 1

<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>a dutch oven over medium <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>with olive oil. Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes until softened. Add <a href="/5YGQYH5K">ground </a>beef and cook until beef is cooked through – about 5 minutes.
