  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon zest
