- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon zest
