- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1.125 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cups plain yogurt

As needed: add milk, or water 1-2 TBS at a time.

Notes, I used no fat <a href="/technique/3JV6BKBV/sour">sour</a> <a href="/technique/R3P5MM3Z/cream">cream</a>, as I don't tolerate yogurt at all. I needed around 4 TBS of water, and also had to help along the blade by moving around the dough, as it is very heavy. <a href="/technique/WDCS6JL5/tasted">Tasted</a> very very good with dark honey. Will try with Apple Butter
