- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 bottle 1.5-liter dry red wine, divided
- 2 tablespoons Triple Sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 5 whole cloves
- 3 whole allspice
- 1 stick 3-inch cinnamon
- 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
- 8 wedges orange
- 5 slices lemon
- 5 slices lime

Step 1
Combine 1/2 cup of the red wine, brandy, Triple Sec liqueur, and sugar in a 2-quart glass measuring cup.

1 minute or until warm
Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute or until warm; stir to dissolve the sugar completely.

at least 2 hours
Stir in the remaining red wine, fresh orange juice, fresh squeezed lime juice, fresh squeezed lemon juice, whole cloves, whole allspice, and cinnamon stick. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.

Strain the chilled mixture into a pitcher, discarding the spices.

Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water, orange wedges, lemon slices, and lime slices.
