  • 8 ounces salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons thyme, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
