They take about as long to make as Jell-O and are super simple to make.

- 1 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet 3 ounce lime Jell-O
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup ginger beer

Add Grated Ginger to 1 cup of water

In saucepan, add ginger water mixture and bring to a boil

In separate mixing bowl, add Jell-O powder
