Deva Naturals' Spinach Tilapia

Ingredients

Salt Tilapia fish fillets and set aside.

In a pan cook all ingredients except fish, with Spinach for approximately 15 mintues, till very soft and moist, not wet.

When the Spinach is fully cooked then put Tilapia fillets on top and cover.

Let the dish steam for about 5 minutes.

Garnish with 1 tps. Mangosteen Chutney and Serve hot with a side of whole wheat tortilla or 1/2 cup cooked wild rice.
