Homemade Peanut Butter ~ Healthier, tastier and cheaper. It’s so easy and so fast that you can finish your home brew from start to finish in less than five minutes. Tweak it with some spices and oils to create your one flavored peanut butter that can then be used for grilling, braising and sauteing.   • 15.0 ounce roasted peanuts
  • 1.0 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon honey
  • 1.5 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne(optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon bacon dripping(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Add peanuts, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and honey into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade.

Process for 1 minute and then scrape down sides of bowl.

Continue to process while slowly pouring oil through the feed tube.

Process until mixture is smooth.
