Elena’s Eggs Au Gratin
The Posh Latin Cook
4 servings
BeginnerI came up with this recipe years ago and I’m very happy to share it with you here today. On the weekends, in my busy home, weekends are for bonding and eating! This is a great dish for an early Saturday morning. Usually I like to wake everyone up with a scent that will dig into their unconsciousness and drags them out of their sleep.
This dish is INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS, robust and the smell, the SMELL omgness! This dish will concentrate itself in your home… Enjoy!
