- 1 cup Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic crushed
- 3 pieces Onion chopped
- 3 pieces Tomatoes chopped
- 1 kg Mutton
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Mustard (Black) powder
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek powder
- 1 teaspoon Kalaungi powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala

Step 1
till brown
Fry onion in oil till brown.

3-5 minutes
Add tomatoes, garlic, ginger and fry for 3-5 minutes.

till meat is tender
Now add Meat and spices and fry for another 3-5 minutes, and then add 2 cup water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.

Garnish with Fresh coriander leaves and simmer.

Serve with Naan/Roti and salad.
